
In his third album that is not yet released almost complete, Ky-mani certainly is a superstar on his own. Ky-mani was born in Falmouth, Jamaica, to Robert Nesta Marley, a legend, and Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". Being a man who lives up his moniker, every album or travel experience is an journey of a lifetime. His journey into music started in 1999 when he released The Journey. His eclectic vision allowed Ky-Mani to discover the right niche for himself and discover his diverse talents. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Ky-mani's "traditional" reggae release. It showcased Kymani's maturation. The Journey and Many More Roads were well received worldwide, thus solidifying Ky-mani as an individual "artist". Ky-Mani combines roots reggae and hip-hop R&B along with contemporary jazz and hip-hop to create his sound.
